Travel Therapist experience
I am a travel therapist and this was my first time to the Monterey area. This location is right in the center of the Peninsula so everything is close by. Parking and access is very easy. The details were laid out very well and everything was just as advertised. Communication between myself and the Landlord was very easy and they keep you up to date on any power outages in area. The place is clean, quiet and there were no real surprises. If I return to the area, I will be checking availability here, for sure. Thanks Elisa and Tony for everything and making my stay here in Monterey pleasant!

My fianc, our dog, and I have been staying at this rental for a year and a half, and it has been a wonderful experience. Elisa and Antony have been exceptional landlords, always attentive and responsive to our needs. They truly care about their tenants well-being and go above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable.The studio itself is charming and well-maintained, with all the amenities we need for a cozy and convenient living experience. The layout is efficient, making the most of the available space, and the natural light that floods the apartment creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and parks, which is perfect for us and our dog. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, making it an ideal place to call home. Travel Healthcare Worker
My wife and I are two traveling therapists who stayed here during our assignment in Monterey. This studio was great. It's in a super safe neighborhood, parking right in front, and we felt right at home. It is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you will need to make meals at home. While it's a studio, it was spacious and we didn't feel it was too small at all. Just down the street is a Whole Foods and it's super close to CHOMP, as well as easy access to the freeway if you are commuting. If you are looking for a stay in Monterey, this place is great and worth staying at.
