Newly Renovated Private Apartment on greenbelt in quiet community

Great Stay

The owner was great, very responsive to questions and the few issues I ran into. This basement space was perfect for a single person, but can also accommodate a couple. The kitchen area had plenty of space to store things and also plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. I personally liked that the space had a desk with office chair. Parking on the street was no problem. The house is in a low traffic area and it was quiet. Traffic on the main streets was not bad. Located very close to I-25 and I found it extremely easy to commute to work 20 minutes away. The house backs up to an open green space with walking trails that connect through the entire neighborhood which is perfect to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather! I highly recommend!

Wonderful 3-Month Stay!

I had a wonderful 3-month stay at this apartment.The property owner was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions, making my arrival as easy and smooth as possible. The place itself is spotless, cozy, and just as described in the listing. It had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The property owner was also very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
