This space and environment has room for significant improvements

I arrived to a dirty bed with just a fitted and top sheet covered in dirt and debris (no comforter or blankets), mattress covered in bodily excrement-looking stains, bugs on the ground, horrible odor coming from the closet next to my bed, no towel, bath mats, soap, anything beyond just appliances, etc. I had to stay up late that night I arrived to wash everything & buy every necessity that one might expect to have in a fully furnished space. Michelle violated the lease by entering my room with no heads up, with two maintenance men, while I was in the middle of a highly personal and private meeting (she did at least apologize afterwards). From early morning until evening every day, Michelle would take extremely loud personal phone calls and blare music almost all day, at times surpassing 92 decibels. She ended up making efforts toward giving me a heads up before coming down into my space; however, overall, the environment here was cold, unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and hostile.
