Great home!

I am very grateful I was able to stay at this home. Mary was great at responding and the property was well taken care of throughout my stay. I never had to worry about a thing because Mary was always on the ball. The property is very conveniently located near the hospital and I was able to walk (less than a mile or a 15-20 minute walk) there which was important to me. Mary was also very communicative of planned outages or if she was going to be at the property for proactive upkeep of the property. The garage was very nice during the winter time too. I cannot say enough nice things about this property or Mary and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Stay

If you are looking for a place to stay for your short-term rental this is the place to do it. The landlords are so nice and keep their properties pristine. They even turned the backyard into a giant patio perfect for enjoying the South Dakota weather (when it is good). Any issue I had they fixed within a day. They were also very considerate and always asked before coming into the property. Great location central to everything you would need. Has garage parking and snow removal for the winter months. This place is definitely worth the stay!

The Dakota House

The house on Dakota is a great place to call home! Its in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located close to both hospitals in town and also the downtown area. The neighbors on the other side of the duplex are also quiet and very kind! The landlords are super helpful and very accommodating. Youll have everything you need here! I have loved calling this place home the last few months and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cute and cozy place to stay!
