Great unit in a lovely building.

I had a great experience living at this unit and would absolutely recommend it. Everything I needed was provided upon arrival. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it truly feels like a place you can call home. Mindy is friendly, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Spacious unit!

I'm a traveling surgical tech and extended my contract to the full year, partially because I absolutely loved living here! There are 4 units inside of this gorgeous colonial style home built in the early 1900's. The unit is very spacious, comfortable, clean, and plenty of starter essentials are provided. The laundry room in the basement was also a huge convenience. It is approximately 1 mile from both Carilion Memorial Hospital, as well as downtown which offers lots of super cute dining and shopping. The communication with Mindy was top notch and if I ever needed anything, she was quick to make it happen. If I get to take another contract in Roanoke again, this will definitely be where I stay.

Perfect stay for healthcare professionals!

I had a fantastic five-week stay in Roanoke, and this unit exceeded all my needs. The neighborhood is quiet with convenient parking and just a quick 3-minute drive to Roanoke Memorial. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you might need. Mindy was wonderful to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Id highly recommend this unit, as well as the other three in the building.
