Perfect Home Away from Home

I had a wonderful experience in this charming one bedroom apartment. The place was exactly as described-clean, thoughtfully stocked and perfect for a comfortable extended stay. This was my home away from home for 3 months. The location was accessible to everything needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe-Thomas Reservoir was a plus, a beautiful evening walk and just a few blocks away. The hosts, Mindi and Jonathan were very responsive and genuinely cared about my comfort during my stay; they are warm and welcoming, amazing people! Highly recommend!

Great apartment in Erie, Colorado.

I travel quite a bit all over the country and this was one of the best places I ever stayed. I lived in this apartment for 2 months in 2026. It is a beautiful apartment, with a lot of room. The full stove, washer, and dryer were great to have. The place is super clean. Hosts Mindi and Jonathan were very friendly and responsive. Location is excellent and is very close to Boulder and Golden. Also, less than 2 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park, and the big ski resorts. I would definitely return here, and the price is great! This place is a 10!

Fantastic apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood .

I loved staying with Mindi and Jonathan for over a year in their home! It's a super cute spacious one bedroom with all the amenities of a comfortable home. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel like part of the family. Their home is located in a safe quiet neighborhood that's convenient to lots of restaurants and things to do! I really appreciated the close proximity to Thomas Reservoir and found myself walking around the lake often. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
