Goldilocks Choice

This house is “just right”. Clean, modestly furnished, equipped adequately, quiet neighborhood, that comes with no problems and enclosed side parking if needed . We enjoyed our three plus month stay so much here, we signed a contract for another stay in 2027. While in Lake Havasu we visited with many short term renters and heard disturbing stories of leaky roofs, long waits to fix basic items and lack of communication. We quickly realized, avoid the Property Management Companies if at all possible. You will not only save money, more importantly you will communicate directly with the owner/landlord. We rate this landlord A+. Never had to ask them twice.

Home away from home!

Absolutely loved our stay at House of Havasu Hues. The home was equipped with everything we could possibly need and couches/beds very comfortable. Hannah was amazing, attentive, and very responsive. The renting process was very organized and easy. Perfect views of the mountains from the front patio and beautiful sunroom to relax with some coffee/wine. The neighborhood is very quiet and just down the street from the hub of the town.

Five Star Home

We stayed in Hannahs lovely home for two months, February thru March, 2025. We cannot express enough nice, positive things about Hannah & her Havasu Hues. Hannah is very pleasant to work with, she is efficient & organized, making reservations & payments easy, furnished detailed instructions/specifics, responded to requests promptly while respecting our privacy. Her home is conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood, tastefully decorated & completely furnished, making for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again & highly recommend Havasu Hues!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for 2 months. We have stayed in many furnished finders due to my husband's work and this was by far the best. The home is decorated beautifully and so comfortable. I actually reached out to the owner to find out what type of mattress is on the king bed because it was so comfortable. You can definitely tell the owners had comfort and practical convenience in mind with this home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook any meal with quality cookware. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and not to mention great water pressure. The sunroom is a lovely spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. I really can't say enough good things about our stay. Hannah the host was just the best! She responded within minutes if I had any questions and was always so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

House of Hues

My wife and I stayed for about 3 and half months last fall early winter. Location was good as you could be anywhere in about 15 minutes. We spent most of our time while there at Rotary Park and was an easy commute. Hannah was quick to respond to any concern that may have come up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy what all that Lake H has to offer.

Very nice home with a wonderful owner

Owners were so delightful to work with throughout the entire stay. Very quick to respond at anytime. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view out front. Home is tastefully decorated and supplied with everything needed for your stay. This was the best rental experience weve had so far in the three winters coming to Lake Havasu. We would definitely return to this home.

Amazing stay and amazing owner!

I stayed at H's home for about 9 months. I had an amazing stay. Everything I could need was provided and the place itself was beautiful and very clean. H was always responsive if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back! One of the best rental experiences I've had!

I loved staying at this house! I would recommend it time and time again. The host was responsive and friendly. The location was great and quiet. The furnishings were perfect. Literally have nothing bad to say about this and would stay here time and time again.

Beautiful Home

My husband and I stayed here while on a nursing assignment. The house was extremely well furnished and stocked! The furnishings are modern with nice details around the home. There is a nice arizona room set up to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The home is a great location. I would recommend anyone stay here and will be recommending to friends and family. I can't say enough about the landlords and how accommodating they were.
