Great Apartment

Stayed in the one bedroom apartment for around 6 weeks while on clinical rotations for school. Apartment has everything I needed, and is furnished very well, and decorated nicely. The apartment was renovated just before my stay, and I could tell. Felt like I was given the royal treatment. Area is clean, and the landlady is very communicative if I had questions. Pricing was incredibly fair for what is provided. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to stay in the Idaho Falls area again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this in the future to anyone else.

Unit was newly remodeled. Comfy and roomy. The location is convenient to everywhere in town. It's close to downtown and the Riverwalk. I walked downtown and rented a bike for a few days. Shopping, food, and entertainment is close. Deanna is very kind and helpful. She responds quickly if you need anything. It is quiet and safe. I would recommend it to anyone.

This apartment has everything my girlfriend and I needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. Deanna was very responsive and easy to communicate with to organize the tour and moving in. We ended up needing to stay a few more months than originally planned, and Deanna was very accommodating to let us do that. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and it feels spacious on the inside. We felt spoiled with the king bed and the guest bedroom even has a desk that my girlfriend was able to use for remote work (the wifi is excellent). The off-street parking is nice, and there is laundry in the complex but there is also a nice laundromat right across the street that we would take advantage of. I would rent this place again, and definitely would rent from Deanna again.

Clean and Quiet Apartment

My partner and I have rented a unit from D for about 8 months. We are not in the healthcare field but needed a month to month lease and she was very accommodating and flexible. Any issues that came up, were rare and she was quick with a solution. The apartment is across the street from a park, near a couple restaurants and about 5 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed living here and would rent again, definitely recommend to anyone who needs a short term rental.

Very nice property

Very clean and spacious apartment. Communication with D was quick and easy. The complex has a washer and dryer but there's also a really nice Laundromat around the corner. I would use the laundromat mainly because it's right next door to a couple of Mexican restaurants. There's also a very good Thai restaurant down the street as well. Didn't have any issues during my stay, they even offered an apartment refresh/cleaning during my stay. I worked over at EIRMC hospital during my stay and used the GIFT transport and had no issues. Definitely recommend for any healthcare travelers.
