Comfortable/Safe Stay

I had the pleasure of renting a room with this lovely couple. The home was clean and welcoming. I felt safe and secured during my time of stay. The vibe that I got was like being around family. The landlord respected your privacy and if you had questions or was ever in need of anything, they were there to offer their help. If Im ever back in Boston and is in need of a room, Ill most definitely come back and rent a room here again.

Best experience I have had

I have been traveling for four year, now. Last year, I rented a room at your beautiful house. I stayed for one year. I love the cleanliness of the house, the washer and dryer was a great addition in the house. In addition, I loved the convenience of the supermarket, restaurants and bus stop so close to the house.

Perfect for healthcare traveler

C and D's property was the best place I've ever rented for a room in my travel gig. They were so hopeful and attentive to your needs. My car wasn't starting because of the battery and Claude drove me to AutoZone to get a new one. If you have a packaged delivery, they will get it from the front door and put it inside the hallway so you don't have to worry about it getting lost. The room is very nice, with a TV and refrigerator inside. They are a great people as your landlord and are the best in my experience. Thank you both.

I stayed at miss D property back in February to May 2023. And Miss D exceeded my expectation. Miss D and her family welcomed me with open arms. She made the process very easy for me. She was very helpful in many ways, such as making sure our area was cleaned and stocked with daily things needed. Rooms were fully equipped with Wi-Fi TV and a mini fridge which is very convenient for me. I do recommend Miss D property if you are in the Boston area. I would definitely stay at miss D property again. I do recommend her 10 out of 10.

3rd floor bedroom

D and C are amazing landlords. D was always there to help. She showed me around the day I arrived to make sure I could find my hospital. They always made sure I had a spot in front of their house for parking. The house has all the essentials for living. If ever a problem arose she was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Private Room

This landlord has violated this lease agreement over and over. She's sneaky and has tried to take more money from me, because she acts like she can't pay her own bills. She feels she can change the rules of the lease agreement, legally she cannot. She comes upstairs invading my personal space and uses the washer and dryer. Legally she has no right to be upstairs using any appliances. If it's not in the lease agreement her and I signed it's no valid. She has moved my food to where she wants it kept. She also has moved my roommates personal belongings to where she wants it kept. Me along with other tenants have been harassed and bullied by her in text messages. I chose not to have any verbal conversations with her, only text so conversations can be proven. You don't want to stay at this location with this woman trying to say how we live, she lies about what she says, tried to trick me about the lease agreement she won't go by the lease and think she can do what she wants to you.

Private Room

Paper products, soap, dish detergent is provided but Landlord enters to wash her clothes in the washer in the apartment; this is Not in the Lease. Mold in refrigerator. See TUB No deep cleaning is done or has ever been done. Rude text messages b/t her and other roommates. Shes been buying a washing machine for her house next door since May. She takes out trash and gives no notice to enter until she comes up the back stairs to announce her entry. Gas stove has never been cleaned before me or my two sets of housemates moved in. AC units were finally installed in each room but after installation she asked one roommate to help pay towards utilities when lease says utilities included. Worked from home on one cold December morning. Texted her about Oil heat when she texted tenants to inform her if no heat. I texted, she came barging upstairs while I was calling patients you have issues going back & forth with me. In Nov offered us 3 a meal; never offered before; insisted on bringing up.
