Good Vibes is absolutely wonderful!!!

Good Vibes is what you get when you book and stay here. I came from Florida for work and needed a place to stay for a longer period of time. Im so happy that I was able to book here. Its clean and very homey. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook. Fresh and clean towels were provided as well. The room is very nice and the perfect amount of space. E is an awesome host and has always come whenever I called or if there was an issue she was very quick to assist and accommodate. Everyone else at the property were very respectful and hardworking like myself. Id recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in a safe neighborhood. Its not far from anywhere in Rochester you need to go. Plenty of stores in the area and food. Hopefully the next person to book with have the same wonderful experience as I am having. Thanks to the people of Good Vibes for having me.

Good Vibes not at all In order for me to submit this review I needed to review. Its not worth 1 star

This property looks ok in the pictures, however in person what a dump. Now I knew their was only 1 bathroom, however theirs not even a place to put your towel to dry after use, but thats the least of it. I was in the attic, wasn't informed of that till I drove from Florida to Rochester NY and arrived on the property. NO HEAT but 2 small space heaters that tripped the electric when turned on, which would happen every time you turned the heat on because the wiring was not updated for this OLD house. Definitely a fire hazard. Then there were 2 box springs on the floor with the mattress on top no bed frame, no mattress pad. The mattress looked like it was used. the ceiling had holes covered with tape then panted over, the windows had plastic something secured with duct tape. NO Spacious, cozy means cramped and I didn't see clean. GOOD LUCK if you choose to rent this place.
