Spacious, Comfortable Stay in Salinas Highly Recommend!

I spent three months in this two-bedroom, one-bath duplex in Salinas, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Having two bedrooms was a huge plusit gave me plenty of room to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and everything I needed was just a short drive or walk away! The duplex was well-equipped, and I had everything I needed for a longer stay, from kitchen essentials to laundry. One thing I really appreciated was how promptly the hosts responded to any questions or needs that came up. They were always respectful, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even more stress-free. Id absolutely recommend this place to anyone working in the area or looking for a medium-term stay in Salinas!

Best stay in Salinas

This was an amazing find that had everything we could've needed during our assignment in Salinas. The house is well kept with plenty of space. The internet is fast going up to 1gb/s. The kitchen appliances work well and the full size washer and dryer made doing laundry easy. If you have two cars, there is ample street parking so there's second car can still be in front of the house. Any issues that arose were quickly dealt with by the homeowner and his property manager. They are both extremely responsive and friendly to work with. If we ever make it back for a second assignment at Salinas, we know where we will be staying once again.

great rental property :)

This place was perfect for our 3 month contract. The street is very quiet and safe, less than a 5 minute drive to where we worked! The unit itself was very clean and had basically everything we needed. The hosts were so nice and very easy to communicate with. They attended to all our concerns/needs very quickly. Bed is extremely comfortable and place overall is spacious compared to other places we've stayed. A few of the pots/pans could be changed for better non stick, however this did not affect our stay! Would recommend anyone to stay here and would come back if we are ever working in Salinas again :)!

best stay ever!

Worked at Salinas valley and stayed at this place for 3 months. I loved it! So close to the grocery store and the hospital! The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing! Everything that I needed was prepared prior to my arrival. The landlord was very nice and accommodating. Easy to communicate with and responsive. Would definitely stay here if I work in Salinas again!!!

Great Rental

The unit is super cute, clean and has everything to feel like home. I can't say enough good things about the landlords. The few times I needed to reach out they always answered. When a repair came up, landlord was there in no time. As a travel nurse on assignment at Salinas Valley Hospital, I was about to walk there in less than 15 minutes. I did not have a car this trip. There is 3 grocery stores within easy walking distance. Street a bit busy during the day but so quiet at night. If I take assignment in the area again,I would rent here again without hesitation.
