Quiet NOLA duplex

The place is perfect for those needing a quiet and relaxing place to put your feet up and head down to rest. It feels like your home away from home and Ms A lives in the duplex next door to you. She is a very helpful landlord and will call or SMS you, with all transactions done quickly and smoothly with minimal fuss and hassle. Nothing more than 10 mins drive to everything. That includes hospital, Wal mart, New Orleans street cars, the superdome, shopping malls, the levee walking trail and a ton of food outlets for the foodies at heart. I would book this place again, when I am back in NOLA. Thanks for everything you have done for me and letting me stay at you rental Ms A.

A Peaceful Place

I have enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood is safe and noise isnt an issue. I like that its tucked away enough yet close to everything. Oschner is literally right down the street; I can see it from the property so thats perfect for nurses taking assignments there. Elmwood shopping center is about a 5 min drive and Lakeside mall is only about 10min away so its a convenient location without being in the middle of chaos. Ms. A was very nice and accommodating. This is a duplex and she lives next door so when any issue or concern came up she was easily accessible and worked hard to solve. The property is cozy and comfortable. There is a front and back deck that you can sit on to enjoy the outdoors. Neighbors are friendly. I will be moving out soon but will have been here for a year so I think that speaks volumes! I definitely recommend Ms. Audrellas property to anyone like me who likes the outskirts of town instead of being in the heart of New Orleans.
