Beautiful home, excellent host

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. It is beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable. My son stayed here for about a month, and the host was amazing. She answered my many, many questions about the property promptly and honestly. She was very responsive and always available, and really worked with us to accommodate our needs. I greatly appreciated the communication. She checked in with him during his stay and was available if he needed anything. She provided an easy check in and checkout process, and checked in again if we had any questions. We had never done this type of short-term rental before, and I was a little cautious, but I didn't need to be. Host made it so easy and so comfortable. Honestly, he didn't want to leave! Everything was perfect. The home looks exactly like the photos on this page! We will be in contact again if we are in need in the Raleigh area. I would stay here again in a minute. Fantastic home to stay in!

I normally do not leave reviews for many places that I've traveled too. This one is an exception. First of all, the host is super friendly and quick response time. Very open communication and flexible for your needs. Anytime I had a question for the host, she was prompt in responding. The home is in a good area with many stores/restaurants nearby. I felt safe the whole time I was there. You have everything you need in the home from full kitchen to living room area to washer/dryer. The room I stayed in was large and more than enough for what I needed. Honestly, would stay here again if I am in the area for another contract. 10/10 experience!! Thanks to the host for making my stay pleasurable and easy :)

Nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood

Theresa has a beautiful house and in a quiet neighborhood. Me and my girlfriend only stayed for 2 weeks but we loved our stay here. T is also a great host, she made us feel welcome but respected our privacy. Overall great experience.
