A Wonder Stay with Incredible Hosts

Our short-term stay was an amazing experience! We are MRI technologists, and this residence had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfectconveniently situated between the major hospital systems, making our commute a breeze. The safe, peaceful neighborhood and central location also made exploring Richmond easy. The home was exceptionally equipped for extended stays, with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable bedrooms, bathroom amenities, and a quiet backyard perfect for unwinding after a work grind. This family were amazing hosts. Their communication was impeccable, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, no exaggeration! This place is truly one for the books! We absolutely recommend it to other traveling healthcare professionals looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Richmond. Thank you again to the family for an amazing experience!

Great place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this home and extended our stay! Jennifer was a great help and responded very quickly. The house was well stocked and appointed, in a nice area, and is close to the hospital. Nice neighbors, comfy beds, and overall a great place to rent.

Great location and safe

We renewed our lease multiple times. Great location. This house is between downtown and Short Pump. Walking distance to Henrico Doctors' Hospital. This is a very safe neighborhood. The neighbors are really nice and friendly. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any issues that may come up.

Charming and well-appointed home in a great location.

We lived in Skipwith for 6 weeks while relocating to Richmond. The location is excellent and the quiet house is immaculately clean and fully furnished. The owners attention to detail is evident by providing fluffy towels and toiletries in the updated bathroom; comfortable bedding, pillows and throws; WiFi; two smart tvs with streaming; and patio furniture and a new deck for enjoying the large back yard. I was especially impressed by the new appliances in the updated and perfectly stocked kitchen-- chefs knives, new spices, Keurig, pots, pans and even bakeware! Off-street parking gave us peace-of-mind as well. We highly recommend this property.
