Perfect!

I stayed in the Loft section of this property (there are three within Keswick) and I absolutely LOVED it. The property managers were lovely, I was in a good area and close to everything, and I felt more than safe as a young woman. Everything was clean, modern, and I could not have asked for anything more. I stayed for two assignments and cannot recommend enough.

Keswick House (Loft) Review

I often do not leave reviews. However, my stay here at the Keswick House has caused an exception. The owner of this home is remarkable. You can tell he prides himself on professionalism, respect, and customer service. Any time we would pass each other, he would always ask if I needed anything or if there was anything he could do to make my experience better. My answer was always, "no" and that is because everything was already top tier. Which, to that end, leads me to my second point. The "Loft" was clean, modern, organized, safe, and beautifully decorated. I could not have asked for a better landlord, place of living, or better location. The Keswick House is not only situated just outside the heart of Charlotte, but also walking distance to many restaurants, night life, and even has off-street parking. If you are looking for a place to stay, whether for the weekend or the month, you need not look any further than the Keswick House. I would rate my experience 10/10.

Top tier studio apartment in Charlotte

This place has become the standard for me when trying to find somewhere to rent during an assignment. I stayed here for a little over 1 year and it was perfect! I had no complaints. The area was nice and quiet. There was never a time where I felt unsafe getting off work or coming back in from vacation. The unit was modern and immaculately clean. It had all of the amenities I needed in terms of washer/ dryer, tv, places to relax, etc. The induction cooktop worked just as good as a regular stove as did the oven. There were so many things to do in Charlotte in general but when I just needed to relax, I had no problem staying in and relaxing in the apartment. J and K were both very welcoming, hospitable and responsive if I had any concerns. Overall this place was a 10/10 for me.
