Perfect for professionals looking for mid term rental

Property is centrally located, can get anywhere in 5 minutes, very clean property and the landlords are very responsive. House is furnished very well which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall a great experience during my 3 month stay in Sioux City. I would definitely lease again.

Beware of unethical business practices

I had a contract with the owners from 4/5/24-6/24/24. The owners were notified of my service animal and gave me a long story about an incident he had with a previous tenant, and because of this, he increased my deposit from 309-500. 200 of that was for a pet deposit. Even though I stressed to him, she was a service animal. I should have known when the owner went from 800 to 500, ensuring me I would get my service animal deposit back. Fast forward a week, and the hospital canceled my contract. I alerted the owner. He replied"Oh shoot I am sorry to hear this, best of luck to you". I asked When will I get my service animal deposit? He replied,"I understand your situation, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. However, as per our agreement, the deposit is non-refundable since we turned away other potential renters. I hope you understand." I agree to keeping all deposits except my service animal. He didn't comply with the agreement of my service animal deposit. Will escalate and warn others!

Perfect place for me and my dogs plus its close to everything you need in town and all the hospitals! The renters are some of the nicest Ive worked with too, super responsive and quick to help if I needed it.

Hidden Gem

B and J are great, attentive landlords! The house is quiet, convenient and located in a safe area of town. The commute to either hospital is very easy and quick. The driveway is quite steep, so if you have an average height car, it can be tricky. Overall, it's a great place to stay! If I ever come back, I'll give them a call!

Place is exactly as shown on Photos host responds immediately to any questions you may have. A nice neighborhood. Definitely a must stay!!
