Cozy Beachy Studio

Stayed for about 6 weeks, and it has everything you need. Spacious for one person. Parking is available with private entrance. Very nice landlords. This studio is in a flight path so it is noisy from about 6:30 am on, if you work night shift something to be aware of! Would stay again

Amazing Winter Stay!

I stayed here January - March 2025. I am a fully remote nurse and worked Monday-Friday and the wifi was great! The studio is perfect, anything and everything a solo traveler needs. The location is perfection. It is less than a mile walk to the beach. OB is cutest neighborhood- I made friends at OB run club. Juliette was always responsive within minutes of any issue! Would recommend staying here!

Magical Studio!

Perfectly located studio in walking distance from the beach and main business district of Ocean Beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and I felt so safe living alone here. Tommy and Juliette are the kindest and most relaxed landlords and will help make sure your stay is the best it can be. I stayed here from August through December and loved every moment of it, getting to see the sunset over the ocean at night and walk down with friends to the farmers market. The studio has all of the amenities you need including fans heaters, kitchen appliances, TV, and a pull out futon that turns into an extra bed for guests. You even have two parking spots to yourself which makes coming home at from work/at night easy. Lots of extra storage space too and a large bathroom. I would have stayed longer if I could! I feel lucky to have found this place.

loved this place !

I stayed here for the fall until the spring and loved my time in OB! Super walkable area with friendly neighbors and lots of food/ shops right down Newport. Also the perfect spot for the farmers market on Wednesdays! Two parking spots came in handy forsure. The no AC wasn't too much of an issue with the fans and me staying in the more cooler months. Washer/ dryer on site in their garage (through backyard). Any problem I had was easily solved from the landlords who are so kind and gracious!
