Tiny Home with large hospitalty

We are 8 weeks into an eleven week rental with Richard at the Tiny Home. My wife and two dogs are quite content here. The house is very well kept with a huge fenced in yard. It is located a mile off the pavement, and while only two miles from Montpelier, it provides a secluded, quiet and peaceful setting, with just one visible neighbor. Richard is very responsive to any questions, needs, or requests. He is congenial, friendly, and an all around terrific landlord. I highly recommend this house for a true Vermont retreat.

Loved our time here

We lived here (2 DPTs and 2 Dogs) for many, many months and loved our time here. The tiny home is tucked away on a private road surrounded by a large yard and woods. The landlord, Richard, was great to us and very responsive to various minor issues and requests. The tiny home requires a unique way of living, but we got used to it and enjoyed it. If we were to come back to Montpelier, we would stay here again, no question. Highly recommend!

Landlord raised my rent from $1700-$1900 a month. Was always constantly texting me about nonsense. Landlord threatened to call police on me for not answering my phone even though the rent was not late. Landlord came to my house demanding to know how I was paying the rent days before it was the first of the month. Horrible horrible situation. I hope no one has to deal with what I've dealt with from this guy. You shouldn't have to hear anything from your Landlord especially paying $1900 a month in rent. Never gave me my deposit back.
