Great Property

Excellent property in great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, grocery and pier. In gated community with pool, tennis, hot tub. Very safe. Photos are accurate; super-clean, spacious, and well equipped (even an air Fryer) with nice furnishings. Comfortable office area for remote work. Owner very communicative and responsive; property is well cared for.

Fun and Relaxing Stay

I stayed here with 3 other people during the summer. The house itself was spacious and had everything we needed to live comfortably. The location was amazing as it was a walkable distance to the beach and Pacific City. Restaurants outside the city were also accessible with a short driving distance. When we did not go to the beach, we went to the basketball courts and pool which was located directly outside the house. If you are looking to live by the beach or want to have a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this home.

Huntington Beach rental

Nice condominium complex and unit. Walking distance to downtown and Beech. Well equipped for long stay. Nice amenities in gated community. Landlord very good to work with.

Did not want to leave!

We stayed with two other families, for a total of seven people. At first, we were worried that we would be stepping over each other and getting on each others' nerves. Fortunately, this place is very spacious. We enjoyed the convenience of making and sharing meals together. This was a great location to visit Knotts, Disneyland, and Lego Land. Even after visiting these parks, the kids still wanted to go to the pool and swim. The place is clean and the neighborhood quiet and welcoming. I appreciated the dedicated work space, which allowed me to work while my family still slept. When it was time to leave, my kids did not want to go. They cried when we got home and have been asking about visiting Huntington Beach again. We'll definitely choose this place again in the future.
