Remote work during ski season

We were 2 friends who stayed for 2 months during ski season. We were immediately impressed by the spaciousness of the unit. For working remotely, one person would use the desk in one room, and the other used the kitchen counter (or WFB -- work from bed lolol) The location in Millcreek was perfect--easy access to slopes, ski shops, gym, diverse restaurants, stores, coffee shops, hangout areas like Sugar House and Millcreek Common. The beds were comfortable, living space was warm and homey, kitchen stocked with supplies for homecooking. Coming and going through the housing complex was easy. I chatted with neighbors in passing and they were all friendly. Kristina runs a great, clean place. She's very responsive as well as proactive in communications. We felt plenty comfortable working with her. TBH we were each kind of scoping out SLC as a potential future homebase, and this exact location in Millcreek made it pretty appealing. Would def recommend Kristina and this unit overall!

Great place

I stayed several months and loved the place and the convenience of the area. It was well equipped with everything I needed. Comfortable beds and the master bedroom was very spacious. Used the gym and the pool which both were great. Kristina was very responsive with any questions I had during my stay and she was amazing to work with.

Great apartment in Millcreek

I stayed at this great apartment for a few months while working in SLC. It is a clean and spacious apartment with great appliances and comfortable furniture. The location is also fantastic, close to downtown, but just far enough away to be more convenient for shopping, etc. In addition to the fantastic apartment in a great location, I highly recommend this rental because the landlord is excellent. Kristina is responsive and understanding.

Ski Season Stay

I stayed in Ks condo for 3 months during ski season. I am a 28 year old remote worker from the east coast. Her unit was perfect for my stay! There are a ton of restaurants, grocery, and other shopping options within walking distance from the apartment complex although I recommend having a 4WD car. Downtown SLC is about a 10-15 minute drive. Skied every weekend at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Deer Valley, or Brighton (depending on snow reports). Ill admit I claimed a sick day or two when we scored a midweek dump in big and little cottonwood canyons. Im a Boston sports buff and bought a bigger TV but the current TV would suffice for most. I cooked most meals at home and found the kitchen has mostly everything I needed. I lived alone but found having the guest room was great for a make shift office (left a desk and chair for the next) and for friends and family when they came out for ski trips. 5 stars all around and hope to stay again!

Great stay!

We moved in for our contract extension and ended up staying even longer since it was so great! There was plenty of space for storage and visitors if they came into town to visit us! Me and my roommate frequently rotated shifts and we never felt like we were on top of each other through the week. The people that live upstairs didn't make much noise beyond 8pm, so that really made a difference. We had more than enough kitchen supplies and always felt like it was our home away from home. We lived in another unit within this property during the first half of the year and found the complex itself to be a great fit for the two of us. During the summer months the pool can be busy with younger teenagers, but we never heard them in this apartment. We met so many nice people that lived in this hallway and felt very safe at all times of the day. K quickly responded to our questions and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend staying here!!
