If you want the perfect condo, and the perfect location, and the best landlords THIS is best of the best! The location could not be better, you can walk absolutely everywhere! The neighborhood is truly the best! Linda could not be more welcoming, or informative! I had a bump out of the gate with the parking company, Linda and her husband were on the phone till we got things cleared up! This has been my favorite place in all my travels, and I have enjoyed every moment! Run don't walk! Don't hesitate!

Downtown Jewel

This beautiful condo is located in walking distance from everything. Beds are comfortable with crisp white linens and soft blankets. The balcony is great for morning coffee or reading. In unit washer and dryer!! Unit requires key to access building prior to reaching units door. Adding a level of safety. Linda is quick to respond to any concerns and happy to offer suggestions on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely stay again!!

My favorite place in Wilmington

Fantastic location, fantastic stay. This was easily the best place I stayed in my 5 years in Wilmington. I am so bummed I had to relocate otherwise I would not leave this place! Walking distance from just about anything downtown. Plenty of natural light and a balcony that is shaded by trees that makes it so nice in those warmer months. Could not recommend this place enough. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location

This property was just what my roommate and I were looking for. Something in downtown Wilmington that was within walking distance of fun things to do. We were able to walk 10 minutes to Live Oak Pavilion and see our favorite artists perform. We also enjoyed the local breweries right around the corner. The place itself was well maintained and if there were any issues the landlord was right on it. I would highly recommend!

Amazing!

L is absolutely amazing as was this property. My friend and I stayed here while we worked a travel contract at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. The unit is in a phenomenal location and is located in a cute and safe building. L and her husband were super responsive whenever we had questions and gave us great local recommendations for fun things to do. Couldn't speak more highly about this place or it's landlords!
