Garden studio in San Rafael

Amazing property with all amenities and easy commute to SF/San Rafael area. Owners are very hospitable and courteous. If you enjoy dogs they have two easy going furry companions. My favorite part of this housing was the private dock on Las Gallons river- beautiful sunsets. Bedroom has private entrance and opens into shared backyard with outdoor furniture, BBQ and private dock. Bedroom was spacious-plenty of closet space included kitchenette, table and comfy chair/sitting space. Highly recommend !

Charming find in San Rafael

I found this cozy studio when I first arrived in San Rafael on a nurse travel assignment at San Rafael Med Ctr. I spoke with K, the property owner, and realized immediately that this studio would suit my needs as a single traveler. K has arranged the rental for efficiency and practicality including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and toaster. There is a SMART TV that I used my Firestick that I travel with. I had everything I needed but nothing I didn't. There is private bathroom, a separate kitchen and laundry that came in very handy. My drive to the medical center was ONLY 10 mins away and this area also included a shopping mall, Safeway grocery store, UPS/PakMail for my shipping and office needs. There is a private entrance to the studio. There is a nice view out to the yard with fruit trees and lemon trees in the front. K and her husband were kind, accommodating hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in there peaceful, scenic neighborhood. Thank you.
