Beloved Blue Bungalow

Fantastic find!

I stayed here for about 6 months last year and can not recommend this place enough. Very cozy and spacious. Located in a very safe and beautiful residential neighborhood but still a short walking distance (like 2 blocks) to some restaurants and coffee shops. My husband loved the room and desk space in the basement as an office and our dog loved being so close to a park. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could need for cooking. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch most mornings. A large tree in the front yard kept the house in the shade, paired with their impressive swamp cooler/AC kept the house cold in the summer even during the 90/100 degree days. Casey and Kyle were very easy to work with and super responsive if anything came up. I worked at UC health and had like a 20-25 minute commute on surface streets but this place is like a 5 minute drive from Denver health. Overall, it's been one of my favorite stays in my 7 years of traveling. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
