Cosy, comfortable big bedroom, near hospital and other

This is an amazing, beautiful home and a very safe neighborhood. China was so accommodating and let me stay in a room upstairs for a week while waiting for the downstairs tenant to complete his lease. Upstairs room which was really nice area as well, just a smaller space. I then was able to move downstairs and stayed down there for about three months. It's a really nice area that offers a lot of privacy. Has its own entrance and exit if that's something that you want to do instead of exiting through the house. The family that lives here is so wonderful and so nice. The kids respect privacy also. I'm always invited to participate in their family dinners or hang out with them. I will miss staying here and I hope one day I can come back.

Great host, perfect location.

My plan was to stay here for a couple of weeks, but I ended up staying the entirety of my contact. Host is very flexible, kind and responsive. Fee is reasonable, there's frequent cleaning service and host is respectful. Thank you for sharing your home with me. I highly recommend this property if you're in the area!

Wonderful stay

I really enjoyed my stay hereit was sad to leave! I highly recommend this place. The host went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and was always open to chat. I truly appreciated my time here. The location is great, close to restaurants, and everything was super clean and safe.

A Perfect Stay

I stayed here for 10 months while working in the Springs and could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the hosts were a perfect blend of hospitable and respectful of my privacy. I already miss the dinner invites and conversations with this amazing family. They far exceeded my expectations to ensure I had all I needed to be comfortable. The room and private bathroom were very clean. The location is also perfect in a lot of ways. Right off of Powers with quick access to many restaurants and stores and just a short trip to I25. The neighborhood is very safe and was perfect for my morning/evening jogs. If I ever find myself back in the Springs, I will definitely reach back out to this family- highly recommend!

Great rental room for young professional or student

This is a great rental for young professionals or students. The room is very large with good lighting for staying up to work. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom, and has a lovely shower that has hot water and adequate pressure. The family is lovely, and will welcome you into their home warmly. They do allow you to have your privacy when you need it, and all you have to do is let them know and keep your door closed. Overall this family is fantastic, they really went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable in their home.
