I had the absolute pleasure of renting a furnished studio from the kindest and most attentive landlords, Mat and Lexi. The apartment was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials. One of the biggest perks was its location close to hospitals, just an 8-minute drive to TCU, and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Whether I needed a quick bite or a quiet study spot, everything was nearby. Mat and Lexi were also incredibly helpful with local suggestions. What truly stood out was Mat's professionalism and genuine care any minor issue was quickly and kindly resolved. I highly recommend this apartment and these wonderful landlords to anyone seeking a peaceful, well-maintained home in a prime location. Its rare to find people who manage their property so well while being so welcoming and friendly.

Great place

A perfectly sized studio apartment that was recently renovated. Location is great and is close to some good restaurants. The landlord was very accommodating. Would recommend renting here.

Very spacious and comfortable studio with everything you need to work at any facility in the medical district. M is a great host and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable such as clearing the stairs of ice during an ice/snow storm and checking in regularly. A great stay
