Home away from home :)

I did almost a full year of travel nursing in Tacoma and as soon as I stepped foot into the house it felt like home. It's decorated in my style, beautifully renovated and feels so cozy. I loved walking down the street to the Proctor district and the farmer's market. Lili herself is honestly amazing too. She is so sweet and responsive. If I ever had an issue with anything, she would take care of it almost right away. She is very welcoming and kind of took me under her wing in a sense. Tacoma and this house hold a very special place in my heart. I would live here forever if I could

Beautiful House, Perfect Location, Amazing Owner!

This home is so cute and is located in the perfect location. The house is newly renovated and clean, and the bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable I just bought the same mattress for every bedroom in my house! The location is great - it's safe and you can walk everywhere. I want to also be sure to mention the owner - Lili. She is absolutely amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect travel nurse rental

This place was perfect for my travel assignment in Tacoma! Felt so cozy and finished very nicely. The landlord was so great and saved my butt when I ended up in a not so great rental when I first came down. Would gladly stay here again :)

Would stay again

I lived here while working a 13 month contract at TG. It was the most perfect quiet location. Walking distance to great restaurants and the my favorite market. The owner was great too and was always a text away if I needed anything. And super supportive during my moves. Clean, quiet, private laundry and beautifully remodeled. If youre looking for a place in Tacoma I would definitely recommend this space!

Great House

This house is great, has a perfect location to bike or walk to grocery stores and also the restaurants on 6th. The ac and heat work really well, shower stays hot forever, plenty of room and storage area. And the owner is very responsive. Overall this was a great place to stay and my wife and I had no issues with the home

Great location! Brand new!

Location is perfect! Very centrally located. Close to restaurants/bars. Less than 10 minutes from Target. Everything is brand new. Beautiful and comfortable! Great bang for your buck. Everything you need and more without breaking the bank.
