Perfect!

This quaint little house in Downtown Wilmington has been my favorite place that I have lived in since I took a contract there. I had been in Wilmington since October of 2022 and I have had two previous short term rentals. For my third I stayed here and I loved it so much that I extended my lease. L&V were very hospitable and always there if I needed them. Their home is very clean and beautiful and its walkable to all of the downtown areas so you wont have to pay for parking. Before moving in L&V added a new coffee table and tv stand and the fireplace is now in the bedroom. If Im ever down there again to work or stay for a weekend I will definitely call them and ask if theyre able to let me come and stay again.
