Great Spot & Great Landlord

Really enjoyed my experience here! Yet to move out on Jan 15th but Dave was very friendly and I never had any issues while here. Dave is a great guy and takes great care of the property and tenants. Loved having parking/utilities/kitchen amenities and incredible washer dryer. Plus with only one other tenant at a time it's the perfect quiet spot to stay. PS For those staying here Safwa is a great local coffee spot as well.

Awesome Experience

First and foremost, I want to thank D for the wonderful hospitality he gave me and the other tenant, D is very accommodating and pleasant whenever we asked for something to make our accommodations easier he was quick to respond. He truly is a wonderful landlord i would not hesitate to rent from him again, he gives you your privacy allows free reign of the house and the backyard grilling etc.. I have leased from females before but I find the men are easier to communicate with and more accommodating. You wont be disappointed. Thankyou D I happy to have met you and glad that other renter didnt take the room when you reached out to me.
