Beautiful 1BR Basement Apartment in the Heart of La Plata, MD

clean and comfortable

I stayed here for five months. Lashawn's basement apartment was clean and well stocked/organized. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The apartment had a dishwasher and washer/dryer which were luxuries for me! The location was perfect too, about a 3 minute drive from St Charles Regional Medical Center and a couple minute drive from several grocery stores and Planet Fitness. LaShawn was quick to respond to texts. There were a couple times where she needed to get into the apartment and always got my permission first. She was accommodating at making sure the temperatures in the apartment were comfortable. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Cant say enough great things about my stay and Lashawn. Great location, close to stores, restaurants, great little farmers market right down the road. LS was a wonderful and attentive host. She was very responsive and welcoming. She made sure I had everything I needed and gave wonderful recommendations for local attractions. LS provides a safe, clean, and quiet environment. The property has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and even an alarm clock and hangers. It has a relaxing outdoor space and great onsite parking. It really felt like a home away from home. As a travel nurse its great to know someone is looking out for you and checking in when theres bad weather or just making sure the outside lights are on if youre getting in after dark. I never had to worry about leaving my dog (or cat) alone. My dog absolutely loves her and we were sad to leave.

Great place in a nice location

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Felt safe and there was on- property parking. Everything is conveniently located : Target, Walmart, restaurants, and plenty of grocery stores to chose from. Couldn't ask for a better location!
