Comfortable studio in a quiet neighborhood

I spent two months at this studio while working remotely. The place is in a safe neighborhood with good access to grocery stores. Parking was easy. The unit itself is entirely furnished and quite comfortable for a single person, and utilities are covered. The only significant downside was the lack of a full kitchen stove. Dom was friendly and communicative, all around an excellent landlord!

Great Studio

Spend 6 weeks in this studio that had almost everything I needed. It is an attached unit to the main house but separate entrance. Plenty of street parking. In unit washer and dryer was great. Conveniently located near Trader joe's and smart and final and a lot of great coffee, restaurants in the area. Dommie was kind and accommodating.

Nice studio apartement, great landlord!

I needed a furnished apartment while teaching at Long Beach City College. Mr. Johnson had just added on to his house to provide a small studio. Perfect for one, Okay for two. Very quiet neighbor, all utilities and internet paid. Queen bed, sofa, nightstands, chest of drawers and move. Landlord very considerate and friendly.
