Great Property

My husband and I stayed here while I was working a temporary position at HSHS. The property had everything we needed and the location worked perfectly for us. Sam was a great landlord and was very responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend renting this property if you're going to be in the area.

Nice home away from home

stayed here as we worked in Memorial for 6 months, such a lovely place. it is spacious , lovely, and located in a quiet amd safe neighborhood and it is close to major establishments. we have encountered a few unusual issues during our stay but the landlord has been very responsive and helpful. we would recommend you staying here during your time in Springfield.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in Springfield, IL. Property looks just like the pictures. Im a solo traveler and it was great for me. Right in the shopping district in a cute neighborhood. With two rooms its perfect for a travel pair but I solely chose this for the great privacy fence for my dogs. The landlord was great and very responsive. If I had any issues which was rare they were solved almost immediately. Im a travel nurse who stayed for 6 months. I enjoyed my experience and if I were to return I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

S is a very tentative landlord. The house is in a good neighborhood not far from the hospitals. I would recommend staying here if you want a clean spacious place to stay!
