Safe and Comfortable

I absolutely loved staying here. It was very safe, comfortable, clean and quiet. I had a lot of privacy due to having my own bathroom, den and room with a lock. Joshlyn was super friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable especially after a long work day at the hospital. I had access to the washer/dryer, kitchen and parked my car in the driveway. The community is gated and I was feeling very secure at home. It is only 15-20 min from the med center even in bad traffic. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect place to stay during my rotation in Houston! Wonderful to have my own private bathroom and separate TV room to use for studying or watching TV after a long shift. J was a great host, quiet, friendly, and communicative and provided me with recommendations during my stay. I felt safe in the gated neighborhood and the bus stop was a 5 min walk away and a 20 min ride to TMC transit center. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, Quiet, Loved It!

I loved staying at J's place! It was very clean, quiet, and Joshlyn is a really great roommate. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. Having the bedroom, private bathroom, and the second room as a sort of living room was really nice. The gated community has a bus stop right outside the gates that I used to take to the Texas Medical Center which was usually a 15-20 mins ride straight to the center (around 6 am). I highly recommend staying with J! She was extremely kind and helpful and easy going! For anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet space with access to larger Houston and easy access to TMC, please rent here!
