Excellent stay

This was the perfect stay! It is in a safe area and close to everything. I stayed here for a year and never had any issues. Tameka was welcoming and ensured I was always comfortable during my stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

I stayed here while traveling for work in Charlotte, NC, and it was an excellent experience. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintainedperfect after long workdays. The landlord was amazingvery accommodating, understanding, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home. Pictures don't do it justice. Tameka was very accommodating and you can't beat the price. This would definitely be my go to place to stay for all my charlotte assignments.

Amazing stay in Charlotte!

I stayed at this location for 3 months while completing an assignment in Gastonia and it was lovely! Tameka was a gracious host who checked in frequently and ensured you had everything you needed during your stay! The traffic to Gastonia (on night shift) was a bit much but I believe thats anywhere in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to stay in the Charlotte area!

Single Room

I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Tameka for about 8 months as my contract was extended twice. The residence is immaculate and the host is the best. Very quiet, clean and the location is so convenient. Beautiful neighborhood and location is close to anything and everything. Definitely recommend 100%.

Amazing Landlord and Place

I would definitely recommend staying at Tamekas place. First of all she is a very nice landlord and understanding. The place is super clean and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable and the ambiance of her place is very welcoming. I will gladly book her place again whenever I get another Charlotte/Matthews or Huntersville assignment. (Hoping its available)

Excellent place to stay while traveling!!!

Ms. T is a wonderful host. The property is well-maintained and quiet. I work at night and never had an issue sleeping during the day. The property is surrounded by lots of things to do. There are several hiking trails, malls, and even an aquarium all within 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely try to book again the next time I work in the Charlotte area.

BEST STAY EVER!!!

This property is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. It is as seen in the pictures. Ms T is very accommodating, she offers full use of the kitchen and appliances, a coffee bar, ample refrigerator & cabinet space, a workout area, and washer & dryer, The bedroom has a smart TV, iron, hangers, vacuum, mini fridge, and the mattress was very comfortable. If I work another Charlotte contract, I hope this property is available!!

Home away from home

This is a great property to stay at, it is truly a home away from home. T the owner is very punctual and helpful. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to many stores and hospitals. The room is cozy and the accommodations are excellent. I would definitely stay here again for my next assignment.
