I enjoyed my stay at this lovely ADU. The place was very spacious and clean. I felt safe being in the home and in the neighborhood. If I needed any assistance the landlord would provide. The location was great for all my needs. The apartment is in close proximity to Costco, the shopping mall, target and much more. Parking my car was an ease.

Amazing stay

Perfect ADU/studio style place for my needs. Yolanda was a great host, always easily accessible if I needed to get in touch. Great location, close to highway, groceries, the gym etc. beautiful neighborhood to go for walks in. Enjoyed my stay here would highly recommend

Everything you need in a comfortable space

This space was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and my dog. The side yard is massive, enclosed, and private so its safe and spacious if you have a dog that likes to be outside. The studio itself has everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Theres also a large private patio with lots of direct sunlight with a table, chairs, and couch. Its so quiet and cozy, and Y and M have been wonderful landlords whove been communicative and helpful if weve needed anything during our stay. We also love the neighborhood, every home is beautiful and its a wonderful place to walk/work out (I trained for a marathon while living here and it was a perfect neighborhood for all my outdoor runs). As a traveling speech therapist, it has been so nice to have a comfortable and safe place to come home to! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space and experience!

ok housing

Housing is an ok option for the area. It's in a neighborhood and safer because of that. However, the address was never established with postal service, so finding can be tricky. Inside, you could tell it was newly built, but several necessary items were not available to be used and therefore had to be purchased. As a night shift worker I would suggest you stay far away from this property since you are connected to the main house, with the constant barking of dogs and homeowners that don't care it's very difficult to sleep. If day shift, this could be a great option for you.
