Such a great experience in this spot!
As someone brand new to the Chicago area, I was thankful to have an apartment that was nestled in a quieter neighborhood, extremely safe, and surrounded by everything I could need in walking distance. Parking is convenient, mail room provides ease of mind for valuable packages, neighbors are friendly & their dogs are too! :) I LOVED my time here and already miss it having moved out just a couple weeks ago. The space was so refreshing and didn't feel too overcrowded whatsoever with so many windows and a thoughtfully designed place. I'm thankful to the landlord, Nick, for being so responsive this summer. Can't recommend this beautiful spot enough!

Great Apartment!
Cant say enough wonderful things about the apartment! Cute and cozy with plenty of storage. The hammock is a nice touch when you want to cozy up with a good book! The area itself is safe and quiet with lots of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops to explore in both Lakeview and Lincoln Park! Several bus stops within 1-3 minutes walking distance and L access is closer to 10-15 minutes walking which isnt bad at all. The landlord is also great! Incredibly responsive for all questions and concerns and gave great recommendations for the area! Sad to leave this place but would definitely book again if I find myself in Chicago again!

A Wonderful Stay
This beautiful studio is located in an amazing building and in a fantastic location. As a new-comer to Chicago, I was concerned about where would be the perfect fit for me and I really lucked up with this place. There are so many amazing eateries and fun activities in the area, I was always on the go! The studio is also within perfect walking distance to two major grocery stores, so it never felt like a hassle to go grocery shopping. The area itself is quiet and incredibly safe. It is also very close to the lake which is enjoyed year- round. The apartment is chic and modern, while still feeling cozy. The landlords are also EXTREMELY responsive and accommodating, which is something that I have struggled with in the past with previous apartments. I could not recommend this place enough if I tried. I feel extremely lucky to have secured this place for the time that I did. I would highly consider booking, you will not be disappointed!
