Our place is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. The condo has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, full bathroom and a living area. There are outside showers available to the tenant. There are two condos with two separate entrances. We are 200 steps to the Ocean with a private beach and we have beautiful bay views from the porch. This a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.

This newly renovated 2 bed room unit is located in a private community right along route 1 in DE. Located a few hundred feet from the beach the unit is part of a building with 2 other units. The indoor space is good size and there is a lot of outdoor space. The rental come equipped with everything you need for a solid beach day. The property is conveniently located near all the major beach towns giving access to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive to and concerns that arrise.

Our kids spent their summers here. After our children graduated college and settled in other areas, we sold our home in PA and moved to Bethany Beach. I wasn't quite ready to retire from education, so I continued my teaching career in Bethany. I am an ELL (English Language Learner) teacher. I love my career and will retire when it becomes a job!
