Enjoyed my stay

Host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was a short drive from UT Medical Center as well as other hospitals, airport, and plenty of shopping/food locations. I worked both day shift and night shift while staying here with no issues.

Great communication

The owner was quick with her responses and gave local information . Highly recommend her- but of course... don't want everyone to know ... because we found her first!!!!

Rental was exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood. I work from home and the wifi worked perfectly. Liza was quick to respond when we reached out about renting. I was a perfect transition place while we were building our new home!

Ive had an incredibly positive experience living in this apartment! The unit itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything from the layout to the appliances made it feel like home from day one. Natural light fills the space, and its in a quiet, safe neighborhood. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the landlord. Liza has been nothing short of exceptional professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Anytime I had a question or needed help with a minor issue, they were quick to respond and always handled things promptly and respectfully. Its clear they take pride in the property and truly care about their tenants comfort and well-being. Im genuinely sad to be leaving, but I would absolutely rent from Liza again in the future. If youre looking for a reliable, comfortable place to live with a top-notch landlord, look no further!

Beautiful rental!!

This rental is beautiful & perfectly matches the pictures provided. In a nice, quiet area - perfect for walking/running especially as the weather gets nicer. Liza was an amazing host! Her understanding and kindness is worth noting. 10/10 recommend this rental.

Beautiful condo

This was a very beautiful condo and I had an amazing time staying there. It had everything I could have needed for my month long stay. Appliances worked wonderfully and the washer and dryer were life savers! I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here. Liza was easy to contact and was able to answer any questions we had! The location was amazing, nice and very quiet

I had a very pleasant stay!

The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and completely matched the pictures. All of the appliances worked well and all cooking essentials were provided. It was absolutely move-in ready and clean when I arrived. The owners are very attentive to everything I needed and made the process very easy and straightforward. The wifi was very important for me since I work remotely, do heavy file transfers sometimes, and game online and it worked wonderfully. It is at the end of a street which makes it very quiet and private. The neighborhood is made up of other buildings like it or family homes so it is safe and nice for me since I like to take outdoor walking breaks from work. It was definitely a great option for my almost 3 month stay. It is also a short drive from the city for everything you need with a Dollar General and other convenience stores right around the corner. Overall a great stay.

Adorable and great location!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Countryside Cottage. The neighborhood was quiet, especially being located at the end of a street. You do occasionally hear a plane taking off at the nearby airport but not often. It was very convenient to everything in Knoxville, a short drive away. Townsend at the doorstep of GSMNP is about 20 min away, and Maryville with all the restaurants and breweries, the airport, etc. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-decorated. I work remotely so wifi speed was very important and I never had any issues. The kitchen had all the necessities I needed. L was very responsive when I had a power outage (tree went down in the area) and with any other questions I had. I would very happily stay here again!
