Nice stay

We had a great experience staying at this property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Gigi was always helpful and responsive, and made the move-out process smooth and stress-free. She also assisted us with getting our deposit back quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, highly recommended!

Awesome Stay!

My travel nurse buddy and I stayed here for 4 months and it was great! The location is near many highways, walking distance to Chicano park(which my dog loved)and easy access to the trolley to get the petco park or anywhere in downtown. Plus, it was only an 8min bike ride to seaport village for an afternoon ride. The upstairs neighbor is very nice and friendly. The property has everything you need for your short or long stay in San Diego. I Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place!

Gigi was a great host. She was always quick to respond. My only request was to have a deadbolt installed and she had this done within about 24 hours of me requesting it :) Loved staying here. Im a single woman traveling alone and felt very safe the whole time. I love the patio out front, very private and quiet area. Would recommend!

Gigi was super helpful and responsive to any concerns or issues we had. Check in and check out was smooth with her clear instructions and we found the location was very central to many things to do and places to eat. Felt safe and comfortable

Our San Diego home away from home

We rented the condo on Cortez Hill since this property wasn't available at the time we were arriving. What an unbelievably great stay! Gigi was such a welcoming, kind, communicative, and responsive host. She introduced us to some of the neighbors, provided an awesome collection of dining recommendations and area attractions both common and those only a true local with great discerning taste would mention. We always felt like we were visiting family. The condo is furnished and decorated beautifully- warm, comfortable, relaxing. Beautiful views and short walk into Balboa Park. 15 minute walk down the hill to a Padres game, Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, embarcadero, seaport village. We loved having so much available to us just a short walk away. The condo is located in a very safe community, a dog park and playground across the street. We feel so fortunate to have found Gigi's place for our San Diego stay.

Great Space

This place was perfect for me and my partner. The kitchen is amazing!! The neighborhood had some great food options, especially Barrio Dog. G was a fantastic and responsive host.
