Great rental

I stayed here for a few months during a travel assignment and it was absolutely perfect. A quiet location close enough to the hospitals. Everything in the house worked great, and Dan was always so helpful and quick to answer questions. If I find myself back in Albuquerque I'd love to stay here again!

Fantastic and SAFE space!

We stayed here for 4 months for my travel contract as a family of 4. It is an absolutely fantastic apartment. VERY clean, modern, comfortable, and a nice safe area for a family to stay. About 12-ish minutes from UNM where I worked. Quiet neighborhood, and Daniel the landlord was so very kind, flexible and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again upon my next visit here to Albuquerque! 100/100 recommend every time!

Great place, great landlord!

This place was perfect for me and my needs during my time in ABQ. Very quiet, clean and tranquil. Great location as it's close to interstate access and local businesses and destinations. Daniel was a gracious host and provided excellent accommodations to the unit. If anything came up, he was prompt to get it taken care of but that was never an issue. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in the beautiful city of ABQ!!

Best stay!

This property and experience with Daniel was #1 on my list! I have been travel nursing for 5 years now and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Daniel was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My place was pristine and felt like my home away from home. I felt safe and honestly when it was time to leave, I was sad. I cannot say enough how much I loved living here. If you are reading this, book this stay!

Great place for travel nurses!!

This is a great 4 plex. The owner, D, is an exceptional host. He is kind, friendly, safe and fun. Had a great time in Albuquerque because of his hospitality!! In a safe location and 15 min from University of New Mexico Hospital. Uber is cheap! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!! Great for 2 travel nurses. Reasonable price. Worked with us on the deposit. Thanks D, you were awesome!!

I would do it again

I enjoyed my stay here. It was safe and well lit. D was very professional. He went above and beyond to ensure I was accommodated. I had a shoulder injury. D made sure to assist me with any need I had. The location was safe. It was located close to just about everything I needed. My traveler stayed in the complex. It was quiet and very clean.

Great Host

D is a great host who is very attentive to anything you might need or questions you might have. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay. The unit is an easy drive to the downtown hospitals yet keeps you away from the serious hustle and bustle while being close to shopping, gyms, and outdoor adventures.

Excellent Property

The apartment is really well maintained. It had all the amenities needed for my regular day to day needs. The owner was very responsive and helped me with anything I needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing Place

I was super nervous moving to Albuquerque but this apartment really helped with that. Not only is the landlord amazing and super helpful but the apartment is in a safe area, across from a high school and surrounded by neighbors. Its exactly as described and looks just like the photos, its awesome to get exactly what you see! Highly recommend!
