Look elsewhere for peace of mind

Avoid this rental if you're looking for a long-term stay through Furnished Finder. It became clear that Kimberley is used to Airbnb guests, not long-term tenants. When I moved in, the room was clean but the rest of the house was cluttered with boxes and looked nothing like the listing photos. When an Airbnb guest arrived, the entire house was suddenly cleaned. I had to repeatedly ask for basic kitchen cabinet space and was expected to store kitchen items in my bedroom. The lease has excessive rules, including requiring tenants to pay for or share the cost of the fridge water filter. Communication was stressful, and despite remaining respectful, I was not treated the same way. I moved out after 5 days because of the environment. If you choose to rent here, protect yourself. Read every line of the lease carefully, document everything with photos and videos when you move in and when you move out, and keep every conversation in writing. Please avoid and find a different place.
