Absolutely phenomenal rental

I stayed with Deb for a little over half a year and couldn't possibly have more good things to say about both the property and her as a landlord. The property itself is extremely charming and homey, most everything is made of wood and it has a nice faint woodsy smell. It included everything I needed, and everything worked perfectly well and frankly just felt like home quickly in a way many apartments never seem to. The patio and pool are delightful and your windows and doors open to trees and nature. The neighborhood is very quiet and green, and ive seen deer and peacocks crossing through quite a few times. As a landlord, Deb is fantastic. She is very considerate and understanding, was always willing to work with me on my accomodation needs. You'd hardly notice that you share the space with another person because shes quiet and considerate, and yet she's always there if you need something. Anyway solid 10/10 all around, zero notes would gladly come back.

A tranquil hidden retreat

Nestled within a serene garden, this one-bedroom garden suite offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. From the moment you step into the suite, you're greeted by a sense of calmness and warmth. The bedroom is on the main floor and very quiet. The large living space upstairs has many windows that allow natural light to filter in, offering picturesque views of the lush greenery outside. The well-equipped kitchenette provides all the essentials for preparing meals, and the dining area works well as a work desk when needed. Upon entering the backyard which is your main entrance to the private suite, you're greeted by lush greenery and the scent of flowers that are all well-maintained by the owner who is wonderful and very attentive to your needs.

Hideaway Cottage

This is a lovely and relaxing space, full of light and privacy, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. The linens and kitchenware are well-appointed and thoughtfully provided. D is a wonderful hostess and a great communicator. She was very attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is quiet, with bike paths and friendly walkers who wave to passers-by. I recommend this hidden gem to those looking for an extra touch of home and sense of calm at the end of the day.

Best Apartment and Landlord I've Ever Had

D is a real one. She has been so accomidating and sweet to me while I've been here, and I feel very lucky to have rented from her and gotten to know her. I have really come to appreciate the value of a quality living situation while travel nursing, and this has been so much more than that. My contract was shorter than most, but it was profoundly better because of this apartment and and becuase of D. It feels like a vacation rental with a private yoga studio upstairs. Everything is so clean and new. The entire property emulates peacefulness and harmony. If there is any issue, D is there to take care of it as soon as humanly possible. I honestly wish I could live here for a lot longer. I have such an appreciation for the care and thoughtfulness that went into creating this space. It really shows how invested D is in the property and in the person that shares it with her. Also, she has the most amazing apothecary for anyone that has any interest in naturalist herbal remedies.
