Absolutely Perfect Stay

I stayed in this wonderful unit for 3 months, it was the absolute best place I've stayed so far. Kathy is an amazing landlord, she's very helpful and always friendly. The house is in a great location, close to downtown area and historic Macon neighborhoods, I walked them everyday, safe and beautiful. The apartment was top notch, clean and modern. Coming home to this unit everyday after a long work day was the highlight of my week. I wish I could just pick this little place up and take it with me every where. I can't say enough good things about it. Lovely, beautiful, always felt safe, nice landlord and great location. If I'm ever back in Macon, I will certainly hope to stay here again!!

Comfortable

I moved from another location in Macon to Arlington Place and it was the best decision I could have made. Macon can have some rough areas so be careful. This studio is in a superb location close to hospitals, downtown, library, churches, Inglewood and restaurants. The room is clean and well furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely remodeled. The three rooms are adjacent to each other but you hear nothing when you close your door. You don't hear the landlord downstairs either. So if you like peace and quiet, this is your spot. I can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful, comfy stay in Historic Macon

In the historic district of Macon. Comfy spot. Ms Kathy pays attention to detail and is very welcoming. She makes it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay :)

I stayed here during my assignment at Navicent Health and only have great things to say. The landlady is kind, attentive and easily reachable. The location is a 3 minute drive to the pedi ER where I worked in a quiet and private neighborhood that was also close to places like downtown Macon, River Crossing and the Allman Brothers Band museum. I felt very secure with private offstreet parking, keypad locks on both front door and my private room. I had all the amenities I needed and was very comfortable. I abaolutely recommend staying here if you have a contract in Macon!

Peaceful Macon stay

The property and property owner was absolutely great. The owner is every caring and would check up with text to see how things were going. The private unit had everything I needed bathroom kitchenette and shared washer and dryer. Also designated parking.

My stay, was absolutely fantastic ms K is an amazing host, the apartment was clean, safe and comfortable.its location is ideally closed to hospitals and major shops/ mall and Restaurants .I highly recommend this place hence my 5 stars.
