The property had a great amount of space for 2 roommates, with additional access to great amenities like the pool and Shelley Lake. Ryan was extremely accommodating and attentive throughout our stay and would recommend this property to all.

Great House on a Gorgeous Lake

Really nice end unit townhouse. Very quiet neighborhood. Backs up to a beautiful lake with a walking trail around it. The home is nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture. It was nice having a half bath downstairs and the 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Landlord is friendly and easy to deal with. Super quick drive to Duke Raleigh, Rex, and Wake Med. Also only about a 5 minute drive to North Hills with lots of shops and restaurants. Id definitely stay there again.

3month stay

This was a perfect property. I am a travel nurse and had everything I needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with a trail in the backyard. Quiet private at back deck and there are deer every night that grace! The house is comfortable with a nice washer/dryer. Close to everything! The owner so easy to work with!

Great stay!

Great location to UNC Rex! Quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood. Townhome on corner unit, everything you need close by! Host was very quick to respond if any issues arose (which were very few!) Perfect for this traveling nurse.
