Cozy and Convenient

Andrea's place is both comfortable and VERY clean, which I appreciated! This rental is in a very nice area of Chapel Hill and offers the convenience of a walking trail nearby and gorgeous neighborhood walks, practically right outside her front door, as well as easy access to Rte 40, UNC Chapel Hill campus, and the hospital / off campus clinics. Her condo is tastefully decorated, with quality appliances and would be a nice place to call your home away from home for your next work assignment.

Great place to rent!

I had a great stay at Andreas place! Everything was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. Andrea is a wonderful and kind host who was always responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I was in the area as a student rotating at UNC Hospital. The best part of this location was that it's less than a 5 minute walk to a free bus station that takes you directly to UNC Hospital, which made commuting incredibly easy and stress-free. There is also a great walking/running/biking path right next to the property that I used almost every day. Id definitely recommend this spot to anyone needing a convenient, quiet, and welcoming place to stay near UNC.
