Super nice, honest landlord
James was always receptive to anything I asked him about the house. He welcomed my dog and did not try to take advantage of people that need to rent with their pet; so many people charge exorbitant fees because they know people that are desperate to find somewhere to rent with their pet will pay them, but that's not a problem here. No surprises at any point, no problems getting my deposit back. Definitely a trustworthy landlord!

The Perfect Home Away From Home
Cozy and exceptionally well equipped little home conveniently located to amenities. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to all inquiries. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. The off-street parking was a huge bonus. The bedroom is in the back of the house, and the window coverings kept it dark, which is perfect for night shift workers. The sunroom was the icing on the cake. perfect for sitting with your morning coffee!!

Cute little house
I stayed here for a thirteen week contract. It's a nice little house with a very comfortable bed and good blackout curtains; which was great for night shift. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Great experience
Communication was perfect! J was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. My husband and I stayed at this location for about 6 months on a travel contract with BJC. This location is safe and quiet. J was an incredible Host and the home was perfect.

Pleasant Stay
I stayed here while on assignment as a travel nurse. Our stay was very good, and the host was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was central to everything you might need like grocery stores, target, Costco and a even a planet fitness. It was a short drive to all the hospital systems downtown. My husband traveled with me and worked from home full time. He thoroughly enjoyed working in the sunroom everyday. A plus was that it was also pet friendly. Overall, it was a great furnished finder experience and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in St. Louis!
