Stayed at this apartment for 6 months for work. Cute little apartment, very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Owner and manager responded to any issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place a block from the beach!

My wife, son, and I stayed here for a little over a month. The proximity to the beach was awesome. You can walk there in a few minutes and be at an outstanding beach. The property manager, K, was super pleasant and always on top of things if we needed her. The apartment was clean and recently renovated. Its a nice bang for your buck and close to everything in Daytona Beach. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a long term rental in the area. It was a pleasure to stay.
