Great stay while working at White Sands MR.

I rented a room that had everything I needed, a personal fridge for my weekly food preps, drinks etc. you can also have space in a bigger fridge in the kitchen. Full use of the kitchen, as everyone cleans as they go , so others have a clean area to cook. The temperature is always cool on hot days, the backyard is nice for quiet areas or just relaxation. There is a park 1&/1/2 blocks away with a basket ball ct and grassy area you can picnic. Planet Fitness is like 1.5 miles away, Sam's club is closer, and you can get everywhere so easily from groceries to dept stores. Keys are provided, I did have some indoor sandals at the door as all that stay here don't track thru in and out with outdoor shoes. Geraldo is a great guy veteran and Elder that is easy to get along with. If you like to fish he knows a lot. The room is very relaxing and the bed is comfy, clean, with all linens provided. If you are a professional the location was awesome, space was great, and a very quiet neighborhood.

Reasonable Rent and Peaceful Stay

I have had really good experience during my stay there. I felt like being in my home. I had access to all facilities what are mentioned in the info section of the property. For instance, this portion of the info is highlighted for a reason, which was really helpful for me - "SHORT DRIVE TO ALL MAJOR HOSPITALS, 2 BLOCKS FROM FREEWAY". Besides that Mr. Rivera is a real good man of the word. He took me to different restaurants and gave me voluble information about the history and geography of Las Cruces. Thank you Mr. Rivera for your hospitality and I hope to see you again!

I had an exceptional experience renting from Geraldo!! From the moment I inquired about the property, he was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions with great detail and timely. The house itself was exactly as described--clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, access local amenities, and only a 7 minute drive to the rehabilitation hospital. What stood out most was his commitment to ensuring I felt safe and at home. He checked in regularly to see if I needed anything, provided great local recommendations, and when cooking never failed to offer me some food! I highly recommend renting from Geraldo if you're looking for a stress-free and pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to book again in the future!!

An Affordable Diamond!!!!

Thank you G!! I felt so comfortable being there. I had my own mini frig & use of the entire kitchen. Also to mention than when he cooked he always tried to feed me. The room was a very nice size & very clean. We kept the bathroom well stocked between another nurse & myself. This unit is conveniently located 8 min from Memorial Hospital so I rarely was considered late. Thank you for having me & thank you for everything.

Like Family

Ive had a terrific experience here. G treated me like family. If I needed to sleep all day he left me alone to enjoy an ultra comfortable queen size bed, flatscreen TV, electric fireplace with heater, and cool art deco mini fridge. With the bathroom right across the hall its easy to hole up if you need to. When I wanted to enjoy full house privileges he was always more than welcoming for good conversation, treated me just like family teaching me how to cook many renowned Mexican cuisines. He even took me fishing! I dont know who will be more sad to leave me or the dog who has become very attached to this property and its owner. This is the type of guy you stay with and invite to visit your own home someday. The neighborhood is family oriented and safe. People wave and say hello to each other here. And my dog absolutely loved the park which is right around the corner. Food, gas, and the interstate are right there and takes you to memorial hospital in about 10 minutes.

Great experience

I have been renting a room for G for about 4 months and I have not been dissapointed with the overall experience. The neighborhood is very peaceful, it is right off of the freeway so it has very easy access to the city, and most importantly, the owner makes you feel welcomed. It seems as if you're living with family. Very generous, attentive, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable in his home. I would definitely recommend.

Great quiet property.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the hospitals. The property is meticulously taken care of inside and out. The landlord is easy to talk to and very friendly. All of the basic accommodations are taken care of. Any issues will be addressed promptly. Thank you.
