Casita Near UNMH

I stayed a year at this casita. There's off-street parking and it's fairly quiet though it's on a main road. It's close enough to UNMH that you can walk, bike or drive. Jesse is very responsive and friendly if you ever need anything.

Super Cute Casita

I stayed in this charming Nob Hill casita for nearly a year while working in Albuquerque, and it was the perfect place to call home. The location is unbeatablejust minutes from UNM Hospital, NM VA, and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and studios. I especially loved being so close to Guava Tree Caf (a local favorite for delicious Latin-inspired dishes) and Shedden Pilates, an amazing studio just a few blocks away. The casita itself is clean, quiet, and fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. It felt very safe, and the neighborhood has a friendly, vibrant vibe. The landlord is extremely responsive and easy to work withalways just a call or text away if needed. Thank you for everything!!

Great location, excellent host!

Absolutely loved this casita! The location was great and host was very attentive with any needs I had! I felt safe and was close to so many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!!

La Casita is a great place and convenient to UNM Hospital. Great living space, is clean, and has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to UNM and a 5-minute walking distance to Starbucks!! I highly recommend La Casita and J was a great landlord. I will definitely stay here again if I have another contract in Albuquerque!! Thanks, J for everything!!!

One of the best place I've stayed

One of the best place I've stayed. Landlord is super nice and amazing, place is clean, centrally located accessible to everything, rode my bike or ocassionally walked to UNM every work day. Everything inside is almost brand new, the bedroom is huge, two giant closets, access to backyard patio. Big TV, fast internet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing 6 month stay

I stayed here when I was travel nursing at UNM! J was the most amazing landlord! Anything I needed he would get me in a jiffy. Private entrance and it was very clean when I moved in! Very comfy king sized bed! And lots of closet space.Nice bathroom and nice kitchen with a stainless steel fridge and an over with a stove top! It really is the perfect amount of space and perfect location! Very close to multiple hospitals and grocery stores are a very close distance. ( also a 30 second drive to Starbucks:). Whenever I come back to ABQ i will check to see if this place is available! You wont regret staying here!
