Amazing beach bungalow

My daughter and I and our cat fully enjoyed our visit at Ls home. I had the most pleasurable stay. There was everything that we could need from a perfectly stocked kitchen to the laundry amenities and the beautiful back porch. We found it to be located perfectly to take us to everything we needed to do from running errands or taking trips to downtown Long Beach to go eat or get Boba. We also found the neighborhood walkable and we very much enjoyed the church bells from across the street. Our visit felt like a dream and we were sad to leave. L was also so communicative and responsive to any issue that came up during our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable safe and enjoyable stay.

Great host and place to call home!

My, fiancee, our dog, and I stayed here for 6 months and couldn't have been more happy with the place. It was just big enough for us both to work from home and having a fenced yard for our dog was such a big improvement from our previous rentals in Redondo Beach. The house is laid out really well with no real wasted space, great AC and a good amount of storage space. The kitchen is also well ventilated which is huge if you like to cook the way we do! There are bus stops and a grocery store within a 5-10 min walk, and the house is in a quiet neighborhood near multiple parks, as well as backing up to the edge of Palos Verdes, so you get easy access to anything you may need in PV or San Pedro. Most importantly, L is a great host who was always on the ball about anything we needed and is exactly the type of person you want to work with as a tenant.

Perfect, cozy place to call home!

While I was on a travel nurse assignment in South Los Angeles, I stayed in Ls place along with my boyfriend and my dog. It was absolutely perfect for us and felt like home instantly. My dog loved the backyard, and would frequently sunbathe on the back porch. The place is honestly bigger than it appears in pictures and we were even able to fit a desk in the living room so my boyfriend could work remotely. The neighbors are nice and L is fantastic to work with. We had a small issue with a pipe while we were there and she was very responsive and got someone in to fix it right away. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something homey in a big city!
