The best!!

I stayed here for a year while working as a travel nurse at Palomar in Escondido. This property was nothing but amazing! Dawn is the perfect host and always made sure I had everything I needed. She is so welcoming and kind, and allowed my girlfriend to come visit with her dog throughout the year. The property feels like you are staying in a tropical resort. The pool is beautiful and the landscaping is lush with fruit trees and flowers. I spent so much of my time at the pool and hot tub area soaking in all the sun. There are also hammocks on the property I enjoyed reading in. I would highly recommend anyone to stay on this property! Hopefully I will get the chance to come back again in the future. :)

Very Relaxing

Stayed here for six months while I was working as a travel nurse at Palomar. Having the awesome hot tub there after a really tough shift made a world of difference. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place with incredible landscaping. The apartment itself has a nice private little gazebo, full kitchen, big closet and pantry storage area and the main room is really big. The AC/Heater works really well to keep the space at a comfortable temperature. Dawn is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend as a place to stay!

Absolutely Amazing

My boyfriend and I + our kitty stayed here for 3 months and we truly had such an incredible experience. Dawn is by far one of the best landlords you will ever come across. She is kind, accommodating, and is always checking in. She really ensures that her tenants are comfortable and if there are any issues, she addresses them right away! The property is also absolutely stunning, truly felt like we were at a resort. The outside is gorgeous, with the pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, koi pond + turtles, humming birds, and beautiful plants/flowers/palm trees. You also have all the amenities inside the unit that you would need! The closet space and dressers were huge, plenty enough storage. And there is a wonderful split AC unit so you will never be hot! We only moved due to my work location, or else we would have continued our stay. I promise you, you won't regret staying here. Dawn, we can't thank you enough for making our stay here so wonderful. Your home is just so beautiful.

Incredible property, even better host!

Where to start?! First of all, as you can see by the pictures, this property is stunning. So many beautiful spots to explore and unwind- it really is an oasis. We especially loved relaxing by the pool. Dawn was an INCREDIBLE host. Super fair and responsive! If we needed something she always made it a priority to get our concerns addressed and she did a fantastic job. Not to mention, she was so kind to our little dog, which made this stay extra special. The property is also off the beaten path which makes it private and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. At the same time, we took the bus downtown more than once when looking for a night out and we also enjoyed the local scene in Escondido. Check out Little Miss Brewing & OSullivans in town! All in all we would definitely recommend a country oasis! Dont pass this up!

Beautiful Oasis

I stayed here for 6 months, and it was absolutely stunning! From the jungle plants throughout the property, the koi fish pond, and sauna; it felt like I was on vacation the entire 6 months. D was also such a great host! She made sure I had everything I needed, and if I had an issue, she would resolve it immediately. I hope to make my way back one day because this is truly a dream home, but until then, I'll recommend this property to anybody who's going to Escondido!
